Jasper. Is. Adorable.

Things are going too fast...

... he was crawling last night.

It's offical...

...He's a sitter. An all by himself sitter. It makes him seem so big. But as much as I want him to stay a little baby, it's so amazing to watch him learn and so quickly. From Sunday to Wednesday he's learned a new skill and motion that he will use for the rest of his life. Just watching him hold and anylize something you can see those little synapses working.

He's awesome.

Jasper Jude = Wiggly Worm

Jasper's getting so big. He has so much new movement. My mom told me he sat up by himself yesterday, while I was at work. He's all about being up on his hands and knees these days. Every time I've gone in his room the last few days there he is, looking out over his bumper. He goes backwards better then forward at the moment. Not crawling yet, but lots of rolling and turning that moves him quite a distance.

He is ridiculously happy. All the time.

Except when he sleeps. He fights falling asleep and he fights staying asleep. I went in his room this morning because he was fussing but he had his eyes closed and was smiling... some dream, I guess.

Goodbye little wisps, goodbye little baby.

So, I cut Jasper's wisps off last night... And I should have listened to Thomas, he said don't do it. Now he looks more boy, then baby... :(
