...more like 5 of them. We had a great Easter Weekend. On Saturday morning Justin helped me make some Easter cupcakes, then we took off for a Egg Scramble at Kensington Metro Park. It's the same thing we did last year but they had it at a different location, Maple Beach. They also split the kids up in to little ones and biggens, which was nice.
They had the farm show again and lucky Nathen got to go up on the stage and get 'attacked' by a pig! They had a pen with some other animals in it, Jasper loved the pony and the baby pig(that is until the farmer made him scream). And since Jasper's too little to watch anything for extended periods, I took him down to the water and he wanted in it so bad, I can't wait till I can take him to the beach, he's going to love it. Another Jasper new, they have a set of stairs going up to the concession stand and he climbed them!!!! (He also climbed up my the stairs at my Dad & Connie's) I'm not sure where he learned to do this. We don't have stairs and either does my mom's house...
After we went over to Thomas' parents for dinner. Always a pleasure, plus Jasper got to join us at the table for the first time.
Sunday was just as enjoyable. Jasper found his Easter Basket lickety split. And had a grand old time making a mess with the eggs filled with puffs.
We went over to my mom's for breakfast quiche and cupcakes. Jasper did not have as much luck finding his basket at Grammie's... there are to many kitty-kat distractions. Later in the day we went to Dad & Connie's for Dinner, where there was more dessert then food. Both were delicious.
Hoppy Days!
